On-screen Help Guides
- for software or equipment
The quickest way to deliver User Information, to anybody
with easy access to a computer, is the Online Help Guide. This can be
installed on a local PC, or on the company network so that all users
can access the information.

Online Help provides:
- Structured Table of Contents.
- Fully indexed search on selected key words.
- Full text search in the whole Help Guide
(except stop-words like "and" etc.)
- Direct link from your software application to
the related Help topic.

Bespoke Online Help Guides
I use Adobe RoboHelp to make these Help Guides.
- We create Online Help files from scratch.
- We may be able to import from your existing Manuals if suitable
(MS Word or rich text format files for PC are preferred).
- We include graphics, diagrams, screen shots and photographs
where appropriate. You can even have animations or embedded
media:

- Using RoboHelp means that we can provide cross-platform
Help that runs on Windows, Unix, Linux, Macintosh, etc.
- Online help is faster to use and more accessible
than a printed manual or PDF file.
- If you want to take a copy away to read, you
can print individual topics if requried.
- The Help Guide is instantly accessible online
to anyone who needs it. So much quicker than print... (And don't
manuals go missing just when you want them?...)
