The quickest way to deliver User Information, to anybody with easy access to a computer, is the Online Help Guide. This can be installed on a local PC, or on the company network so that all users can access the information.



Online Help provides:

  • Fully indexed search on selected key words.
  • Full text search in the whole Help Guide
    (except stop-words like "and" etc.)
  • Direct link from your software application to the related Help topic.

I use Adobe RoboHelp to make these Help Guides.

  • We create Online Help files from scratch.
  • We may be able to import from your existing Manuals if suitable (MS Word or rich text format files for PC are preferred).
  • We include graphics, diagrams, screen shots and photographs where appropriate. You can even have animations or embedded media:
